Once the perfect tenant is found and approved by you, we facilitate the lease signing and hand over all vetting documentation. You then manage the tenant relationship

the first month's rent.

Secure Financial Management:
- All tenant payments are made into our PPRA compliant Trust Account, managed by a qualified accountant.
- Funds are verified and disbursed to your nominated account within 24-48 hours of clearance.
